Dangbei has launched the X3 Air laser projector in China. The gadget has a 1080p resolution and uses ALPD laser technology for up to 2,100 CIVA lumens, or 3,050 ANSI lumens, brightness. The light source is expected to last up to 30,000 hours and AI intelligent brightness can adjust the picture to suit the room conditions. Other image-enhancing tools include the AI Color Engine Pro for smart color optimization, MEMC motion smoothing up to 120 Hz and support for HDR10+.
The X3 Air can throw images up to 300-in (~762 cm) wide, and you can quickly perfect the picture using laser autofocus and auto keystone correction tools. The projector has two built-in 10 W speakers with Dolby Audio and DTS-HD support. The device is powered by an MT9669 chip with 3GB + 64GB memory and runs on Dangbei OS 3.0, allowing you to cast from an iOS or Android mobile gadget. You can use the Dangbei app to find your remote control and adjust the projector with voice commands.
Ports on the device include HDMI eARC, HDMI, USB-A and an audio jack, or you can wirelessly connect gadgets via Bluetooth 5.0. You can now pre-order the Dangbei X3 Air laser projector in China for the discounted price of 4,999 yuan (~US$725). After this initial period, the gadget will cost 5,299 yuan (~US$768).
